Donation Request Form
The Tug Fest Organization is dedicated to helping meet the needs of its local community. It is our honor to be able to assist in many great causes each year. If you wish to request a donation from Tug Fest Iowa, we ask that you please fill out this form Donation Request Form. Every request will be considered by the Tug Fest Board and all applicants will receive written notice of your request status. Please be advised that requests for political contributions or donations to political causes will not be considered. Requests must be received by the last day of Tug Fest in the year of which the request is being made.
