BEADS & BOOTS is this year’s theme. Bring the whole family to cheer on our parade participants as they make their way through the heart of LeClaire. We might be a small town but everything about TUGFEST weekend is larger than life…including our Grand Parade. From there it’s just a few blocks down to the riverfront Carnival for rides and fireworks.
TUG for a CAUSE
TUGFEST wouldn’t be possible without your support. Proceeds from the festival go directly towards getting the next year’s festival started. Extra proceeds are directed towards various charitable causes. Over past years we have donated thousands of dollars to dozens of various organizations. This year we are proud to support LeClaire Fire Department.
